Enticing aromas of black licorice, cherry, truffle, and clove greet you in this old-world-style Syrah.  Its velvet finish displays smooth tannins along with flavors of smoke, roasted meat, and ripe blackberries.  A great wine to pair with spicy Asian cuisine or roasted lamb.

Winemaker’s Notes

The full flavored grapes that made this wine were handpicked at optimum ripeness, then sorted and crushed.  Fermented in one ton bins, this handcrafted wine aged for 15 months in French and American Oak Barrels.
75% French and 25% American Oak Barrels
Alcohol by Volume:  13.9%
