The full flavored grapes that made this wine were handpicked at optimum ripeness, then sorted and crushed. Fermented in one ton bins, this handcrafted wine aged for 15 months in French and American Oak Barrels.

83% Syrah, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Mourvedre
