Tasting Notes
This exciting, fresh, Spanish grape is a rare variety in Washington. Coyote Canyon Vineyard was the first in the state to plant this grape, and our winery is one of only a handful privileged to work with it. Pear, star fruit and honeydew characterize this wine. A great sipping wine, or pair with light fish, grilled white meats, or light pasta dishes.
