Tasting Notes
Barbera, known for its high acidity, is the primary component of this wine. This wine’s brilliant ruby color is a result of less than 24 hours of skin contact before the grapes were pressed off. When poured, aromas of rose petal, caramel, and green apple will fill your glass. Wonderful flavors blend to create the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. Great by itself or with casual Italian dining.
Winemaker’s Notes
