Tasting Notes

This exciting, fresh, Spanish grape is a rare variety in Washington.  Coyote Canyon Vineyard was the first in the state to plant this grape, and our winery is one of only a handful privileged to work with it.  Pear, star fruit and honeydew characterize this wine.  Attractive floral aromas of apple and orange blossoms, mango and apricots with a silky fruity medium-to-full body and a tangy Meyer lemon, green apple, and grassy earth finish. Excellent fruity purity. A great sipping wine, or pair with light fish, grilled white meats, or light pasta dishes.
