Downtown Red is a premium full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Aromas of ripe boysenberry, and toasted vanilla entice your senses, while the mouth feel displays medium-full tannins and savory aromas of dried cherry, tomato, and herb with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a minty spice accent the finish. Pair with grilled red meats or rich chocolate desserts.
Winemaker's Notes
Picked at peak ripeness, these grapes were sorted, crushed, and de-stemmed, then fermented in small lots. The wine was aged in 65% French and 35% American Oak Barrels.
