The Andrews Family historic home, a treasured landmark in the local community, will host a special winemaker's dinner that invites guests to dress comfortably and enjoy an evening filled with stories, flavors, and celebration. This event marks not only America's 250th anniversary but also 20 years of winemaking excellence from Coyote Canyon Winery.

An Evening Rooted in History and Flavor

The Andrews Family home is more than just a beautiful setting. It holds a unique place in local history, and throughout the evening, Mike will share captivating stories about the home, the surrounding area's past, and the winery's journey. This blend of history and hospitality creates a warm atmosphere where guests can connect with the region's heritage while savoring exceptional wines.

Winemakers Dinner Menu and Wine Pairings

The dinner features a thoughtfully curated menu paired with Coyote Canyon wines that highlight the best of the winery’s offerings:

  • Welcome Drink: 2023 CCW El Chispear Sparkling Albariño

A crisp and refreshing start to the evening, setting the tone for the courses ahead.

  • First Course: Green salad with shrimp paired with Sauvignon Blanc

The light, citrusy notes of the Sauvignon Blanc complement the fresh salad and shrimp perfectly.

  • Second Course: BBQ chicken with corn on the cob paired with Grenache and Roussanne

These wines bring out the smoky, savory flavors of the BBQ chicken and the sweetness of the corn.

  • Palette Cleanser: Watermelon

A refreshing break to cleanse the palate before dessert.

  • Fourth Course: Apple pie paired with Sweet Louise

The sweet, rich flavors of the apple pie are enhanced by the dessert wine’s smooth finish.
