Learn the delicate art of wine blending with our award winning winemaker, Justin Michaud! In this class you will learn how to taste and smell each varietal and blend then to make a fantastic wine that is uniquely yours. You will leave with a beautifully bottled wine that is your own special blend. Lunch will be provided by Ciao Trattoria.

The incredible Gold Pin Sommelier, Carmelo Messina, returns to Coyote Canyon Winery for another educational Wine Sensory Seminar!
Discover and develop our wine sensory with Carmelo guiding you through a journey of wine exploration to help develop and refine your sensory ability. This class we will be focusing on 6 Coyote Canyon Wines - Albariño, Rose, Primitivo, Barbera, Sangiovese, and Big John Cab, which will all be featured along with complementary food bites.
